Residency Eligibility
Residents must:
- Be capable of independent daily living
- Self-administer medications
- Maintain personal hygiene and room cleanliness
- Demonstrate stable behavior appropriate for shared living
- Participate respectfully in a structured household
This residence does not provide medical care, behavioral health supervision, or personal assistance services.
Household Standards
- Limited to 6 residents to maintain stability
- Clearly defined quiet hours (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM)
- Substance-free and smoke-free environment
- Shared responsibility for maintaining common areas
- Fully furnished shared spaces and bedrooms
- Utilities and high-speed internet included
Intake & Placement Process
