A case manager may submit a referral, or the prospective resident may complete an application directly. - Screening & Eligibility Review
We assess independence with ADLs, household compatibility, income stability, and program fit. - Standards & Expectations Review
Residents review house guidelines, shared responsibilities, quiet hours, and program structure prior to approval. - Approval & Move-In Coordination
Once approved, move-in is scheduled based on availability and alignment with household fit.
